TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and SoBPAI Plus Home Services ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our services.

2. SERVICES

SoBPAI Plus Home Services provides professional plumbing, HVAC, and insulation services in San Antonio, Texas and surrounding areas. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals.

3. ESTIMATES AND PRICING

• Free estimates provided for all visible and accessible areas
• Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service
• Emergency service calls include diagnostic fee of $89
• All prices subject to change without notice

4. PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• 3% processing fee for credit card payments over $500
• Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly interest

5. WARRANTIES

• Labor warranty: 90 days from service date
• Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment
• Warranty void if unauthorized repairs are performed
• Written warranty documentation provided for all installations

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

• 24-hour notice required for appointment cancellation
• Same-day cancellations may incur $50 fee
• Emergency calls cancelled after dispatch: $89 fee

7. LIABILITY

SoBPAI Plus Home Services carries general liability insurance of $1,000,000. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or damages not caused by our negligence.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Bexar County, Texas. Texas law shall govern these Terms.
